Today was the first day I wore MATERNITY pants to school. I had been squeezing into my normal capris and pants for the past two weeks of school. The whole time I am thinking that because I am wearing these "regular" pants - the parents of the children in my class won't know that I am pregnant. I am waiting a little longer before breaking the news...
Anyway - little did I know - the maternity pants actually look BETTER. I think I look LESS pregnant with them on! Plus - they are the most comfortable things I have ever had on my body. No buttons, snaps, zippers, no lines across my stomach from where they cut off my circulation. You just pull those suckers up and go! Going to bathroom is also super easy! Slide down...slide up. Nothing to it. I think I will be very happy in these pants. I even told Dave he should check a pair out for himself!!!
We are halfway through our 16th week. Still feeling great!

Glad to hear that everything is going well. You will reach a point where you will be SO happy to box those maternity pants up,put them in the back of the closet and wait for B.P. #2!!
Dave in those pants....hmmm... LOVELY!! I want to see a pic on the website of that! By the way, Dave...Katie STILL talks about you and your glasses (scary!) :)
Love ya,
Whitney
Have you heard of a Belly band? Melissa loved them and was able to use it with her regular pants a lot longer.
Keep up the good news!
Oops..that was me

Hi my dear ones---Love the pants---I am thinking of buying some for myself---but I am not sure they make them this large---16 weeks---lets go for 17+ isn't time flying ? I agree with Whit---you will finally be delighted to pack up those pants--as soon as you feel willing to "suck the gut in abain" remember rubber bands are a good substitute--Love AP
You look great. I know you don't like the pants, but think of how comfortable and good it feels. The B.P. is probably saying thanks too for not wholding it in!!
Hope all is well with you both. Keep up the good work.
My love to you both,
Janet
Looks good Jess. How about a side view, so I can see the little stomach. I liked my maternity pants too. Fortunately, they make maternity clothes so much cooler now. No more moo-moos! :)
16 weeks! WOW! Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!
Love ya both,
Tam
My dear Jessica Lee
You do look terrific in the pants -- I loved the jeans too~!!!
With all the standing on her feet and full days, she got Dad a breakfast sandwich before school today. You still have lots of energy and made Dad's day.
BP is growing too quickly already. We must get the "little pills" ready~!
Jessica,
I think you look really pretty in those pants. I can't wait to see your baby. We can be buddies!
Love,
Slone
I'm so glad you see the positive in everything. I loved both of my pregnancies. It drives me crazy when people complain about things in every stage. Time flies too much for complaints.
I agree with Tam. A side view would be nice. If we are allowed putting in suggestions for pictures posted, I'm going to email you one so that everyone doesn't know it's going to be posted ahead of time. It's a goody.
Oh, by the way, wait til even those lovely maternity pants don't seem to fit anymore. Can you imagine that?

How about a set for Uncle Bob???
You look great!! How about a quick video?
Lots of love to all of you from Oregon.
